The Wagner ACF3000 PLUS Air Assist Tips are advanced spray nozzles designed to enhance the performance of Wagner's AirCoat spray systems. Building upon the standard ACF3000 series, the PLUS variant incorporates a 0.015-inch pre-orifice that agitates the coating material just before atomization. This process reduces the viscosity of thixotropic coatings, leading to improved transfer efficiency, finer particle atomization, and a decrease in bubble formation across various coating types.
